Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the Go Nanas carrot cake mix according to the package directions. Pour the prepared batter into an 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes. While the bars are baking or cooling, prepare the cream cheese spread: In a medium bowl, cream together the 8 oz light cream cheese, 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup honey, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Once the carrot cake bars are completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top. Slice into bars and enjoy.
