In a saucepan, brown your butter. Allow to cool and combine with both sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla. Mix again. Slowly fold in your dry mix. Add in the chocolate chips and chopped chocolate. Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 10 minutes.
