In a bowl, combine the vanilla Greek yogurt, nut milk, date syrup, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the old fashioned oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Toss 1 cup of blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour, then fold them into the batter. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
