In a bowl combine, 1 cup oat flour (blended old fashioned oats), 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup pumpkin puree, 2 eggs, 2 scoops cinnamon protein powder, 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking soda, & 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
