In a bowl, combine 2 c flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 c Greek yogurt Kneed the mixture for about a minute until it becomes dough-like. Form until 8 even(ish) bagels. Top each bagel with egg wash and everything but the bagel seasoning (or whatever you want!!!) I used these bagels to make a very yummy bacon egg and cheese sandy!!! I def want to try this again but make it a sweet bagel with cinnamon and sugar!! QOTD- what is your favorite bagel?! Bake at 425 for 20 mins 🥯🥯🥯
