First, combine 1/2 mashed banana, 1/2 cup oat flour, 1 serving of cinnamon protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, a sprinkle of salt, and 1 tablespoon vanilla Greek yogurt in a bowl. Mix until fully combined. Next, roll the mixture into 6-8 balls. In a separate bowl, combine 1 tablespoon stevia and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Roll the prepared balls in this cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated. Place the balls into a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 1 minute. Finally, top with syrup and enjoy.
