These banana bread baked oats are the perfect meal prep for the week!! I like to pair mine with some Greek yogurt & I’m ready to go for the day!

In a bowl, combine 2 mashed bananas, 2 cups of old fashioned oats, 2 scoops of protein powder (cinnamon flavor used), 1/4 cup of all natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional), and 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional). Mix all together and then add 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional). Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. Slice and enjoy.
