A nostalgic treat featuring homemade edible cookie dough stuffed between split creme cookies, then frozen and dipped in melted chocolate.

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup room temperature unsalted butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Then add in 1.5 tablespoons of milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix again. In a separate bowl, microwave 1 cup flour to kill bacteria. Gently fold in the flour. Once combined, add in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into tablespoon-sized balls and press between one split creme cookie. Freeze for 30 minutes, then dip in melted chocolate. Freeze again for 10 minutes and enjoy.
