At this point it is just a tradition in my house!! I went to Giant Eagle market District (my fav grocery store) to get all of the goods! The secret is to get FRESH brioche buns & toast them in butter! Then I soft scramble two free-range eggs with one slice of white cheddar cheese. I assemble the sandwich with crispy thick cut bacon, avocado slices, and sriracha mayo.
