In a bowl, mix together 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, and 1/2 scoop ISO 100 vanilla protein powder. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the yogurt mixture in each bowl and add peanuts as desired. Freeze for 1-2 hours until set. Crack the chocolate shell and ENJOY!!
