Whenever m&m comes out with their holiday m&ms it’s like an unspoken rule that I HAVE to make an m&m cookie with the fun ~new~ m&ms. Soooo, of course with it being spooky season, I had to make a Halloween version.

In a saucepan, brown 1 cup unsalted butter. Allow to cool and combine with 1 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup sugar. Add in 1 egg, 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp vanilla. Mix again. Slowly fold in 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt. Add in 1 cup M&M's and 1/4 cup sprinkles. Let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge before baking. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Let sit for 20 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack. Enjoy!
