An easy and delicious s'mores brownies recipe, perfect for a summer dessert. It features a graham cracker crust, a brownie layer (from your favorite mix), and a toasted marshmallow topping.

1. **Graham cracker crust:** In a blender, add 12 Graham crackers and pulse into fine pieces. Add 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup melted butter. Press this mixture into a lined 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish. 2. **Brownies:** Use your favorite brownie mix (the creator used Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownie mix). Pour the prepared brownie batter on top of the graham cracker crust and bake according to the box instructions. 3. **Marshmallow topping:** Once the brownies have 1-2 minutes left of baking, pull them out of the oven. Arrange mini marshmallows (or regular marshmallows cut in half) on top. 4. Broil for 1-2 minutes. WATCH CAREFULLY as it burns FAST. 5. Allow the brownies to sit for at least an hour before slicing and enjoying.
