In a stand mixer, combine 1 cup cold butter (cut into cubes) with 1 cup brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add in two eggs, one at a time. Then fold in your dry ingredients: 3 cups Flour, 1 teaspoon Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon Baking Soda, 1 teaspoon Salt. Once mixed, add in 1 cup milk chocolate chips, and 10 finely chopped up Reese cups. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes. Make hockey-puck sized cookie dough balls. Bake at 415°F for 10-12 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
