Brown Butter Triple Chocolate Brownies

I am a firm believer that adding brown butter to any recipe makes it 10000x better (and different variations of chocolate)!! This recipe hits all of the marks and I’m fully obsessed!!

Brown 1 cup unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 mins. Add 1 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder to the brown butter. In a separate mixing bowl, beat together 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup packed light brown sugar, 1 cup granulated sugar & 4 large eggs. Once light and fluffy, fold in the butter mixture. Then fold in 4 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp of espresso grounds (optional but adds a depth of falls or), & 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fold in 1/2 c chopped dark chocolate and 1 c semisweet chocolate. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Slice and enjoy!!
