A twist on a classic, this funfetti banana bread is not only gorgeous (sprinkles make everything better) but so yummy.

In a saucepan, brown 1/2 cup unsalted butter over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring to avoid burning. Allow the butter to cool for 10 minutes, then mix with 1 cup brown sugar. Add in 3 mashed overripe bananas and mix again. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 egg and mix again. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup sprinkles and 2/3 cup white chocolate chips. Bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 50-60 minutes. Allow to sit and cool for at least one hour before slicing and enjoying (patience is key for clean slices!).
