If you don’t need some milk for this cookie… you are a psychopath!! This cookie is SO chocolatey and SO fudgy it is hard not to fall in love at first bite. I seriously cannot recommend a cookie enough!!

Beat in a stand mixer 1 cup cold butter (cut into cubes) with 1 cup brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add in two eggs (one at a time). The fold in your dry ingredients: 2 1/2 cups Flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon Baking Soda, 1 teaspoon Salt. Once mixed add in 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips!! Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes. This recipe makes 8 MEGA cookies so make hockey-puck sized cookie dough balls. Bake at 415 for 10-12 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
