1. Roll out your pie dough onto a flat surface. Using a heart shaped cookie cutter (or knife) cut out 12 hearts. 2. Arrange 6 of the hearts onto a greased/lined baking dish. 3. In the center of each heart, add a dollop of strawberry jam. 4. In a bowl, whisk the egg. Then add egg wash to the edges of each heart. 5. Cover the strawberry jam with the remaining 6 heart cut-outs. 6. Using a fork, seal the edges together. 7. Top with egg wash. 8. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown) 9. While the poptarts are cooling, combine the confectioners sugar milk, and food coloring. 10.Drizzle each poptart with the icing & sprinkles.
