In a saucepan, brown your butter. Allow to cool and combine with both sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla, then mix again. Slowly fold in your dry mix. Add in the chocolate chips and chopped chocolate. Let the cookie dough sit for 15-20 minutes. Prepare your brownies according to the brownie mix box instructions (the recipe creator used Trader Joe’s brownie mix). Scoop the cookie dough on top of the prepared brownies. Bake according to the brownie box instructions. Slice and enjoy!
