Activate the Yeast: Warm up 1/4 c whole milk and mix in 1 tbsp of granulated sugar until it dissolves. Then add 2 tsps of active dry yeast and mix again. Let the yeast mixture sit for 10 mins. Make the Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 c all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Then add 1 egg, 1/4 c whole milk, 1/3 c Local Live Honey, 1/4 c melted unsalted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Once fully combined knead by hand for 10 minutes. Then cover in a greased bowl and let rise for 2 hrs. Assemble the Buns: Roll out your dough into a thin rectangle. Then combine 2 tbsp melted butter with 1/4 c Local Live Honey and spread an even layer across the dough. Tightly roll up and cut into 8 pieces. Cover and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes. Airfry: Airfry the rolls at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Make the Glaze: Then combine 1 c powdered sugar, 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 tbsp Local Live Honey, 1 tsp vanilla, & 1 tsp whole milk.
