Add mini ice spheres and a splash of cherry syrup to a glass. Add milk and a single shot of espresso. In a separate container, whisk together 2 tbsp whipping cream and 1 tbsp cherry syrup. Pour the whisked cream mixture on top of the iced latte. Enjoy!
