When I saw this on @eatingbirdfood page I knew I had to try it!! I am obsessed with dates but I can realllllly only two a day MAX (IYKYK) lmaoooo 😂 This recipe was completely fool proof & ready in 15 mins. I’m seriously so addicted and I’m about to make so many more date recipes 😮💨😮💨

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

cup semisweet chocolate chips

Toast 1 cup of coconut flakes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Add the toasted coconut flakes to a food processor with 1 cup of pitted dates. Pulse for a minute until fully combined. Shape the mixture into small donuts, using a straw to create the hole in the middle. Combine 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil (this ingredient is optional, hence the 'three ingredients' claim). Dip the shaped 'cookies' into the melted chocolate mixture and freeze to harden.View original recipe
