tbsp granulated sugar

graham cracker

tsp pumpkin pie spice

cup flour

cup old fashioned oats

tbsp vanilla extract

cup brown sugar

granny smith apple

tsp ground cinnamon

egg

Instructions
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: In a food processor (or blender) blend together 15 graham crackers, 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, & 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Firmly press this into a lined 13x9 baking dish. CHEESECAKE: In a stand mixer, beat together 24 oz room temperature cream cheese with 1 cup granulated sugar. Once combined, add in 3 eggs (one at a time) & 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Once smooth and silky, pour on top of your graham cracker crust. SPICED APPLE: Peel 3-4 Granny Smith apples (I did 4 small ones) & use the full star chopper to chop up your apples. Then toss in 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, & 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Sprinkle on top of the cheesecake. CRUMBLE: Combine 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, 1 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, & 1 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the apple pieces. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 mins. Once the pan is cooked, transfer to the fridge for 2 hours before slicing. Slice into 16 pieces and ENJOY!!View original recipe
