What you need

cup light-brown sugar

cup molasses

brown egg

banana

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

tsp ground ginger

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp baking soda

tsp baking powder
Instructions
Beat together 1/2 c room temp butter and 1/2 c brown sugar & 1/2 c molasses for ~2 minutes. Add in one egg, 3 mashed bananas & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Once combined, fold in the dry ingredients (2 c flour, 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda) and gently mix. Top with your streusel topping. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins!View original recipe
