What you need

cup flour

tsp cinnamon powder

tbsp unsalted butter

cup molasses
cup Coconut Yogurt

cup coconut sugar
tsp ginger powder

cup all purpose flour

tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond milk

cup butter

Instructions
Melt ½ cup butter and mix with 3/4 cup coconut sugar. Add in 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ¼ cup molasses. Add in ⅓ cup So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Yogurt Alternative and ¼ cup nut milk. Fold in 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Scoop the batter into a muffin pan. To make the crumble, combine 3 tablespoons melted butter, ½ cup flour, ½ cup coconut sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of each muffin.
