Oooohhh wowza!! I am a firm believer that adding brown butter to any recipe makes it 10000x better (and different variations of chocolate)!! This recipe hits all of the marks and Iβm fully obsessed!! I am already brainstorming different ways to make this recipe (did anyone say slutty brownies π€ͺ)

What you need
egg

tsp table salt

cup semisweet chocolate

cup all purpose flour

tsp espresso powder

cup unsalted butter

cup dark chocolate

cup granulated sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
Brown 1 cup unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Add 1 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder to the brown butter. In a separate mixing bowl, beat together 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup packed light brown sugar, 1 cup granulated sugar & 4 large eggs. Once light and fluffy, fold in the butter mixture. Then fold in 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp of espresso grounds (optional but adds a depth of flavor), & 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fold in 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate and 1 cup semisweet chocolate. Bake at 350Β°F for 30-40 minutes. Slice and enjoy!View original recipe
