Copycat Levain Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you are a chocoate lover— BOY DO I HAVE THE COOKIE FOR YOU!! This cookie is LOADED with chocolate chips! After going to NYC & getting Levain cookies I knew I had to recreate this magic at home :)

What you need
tsp cornstarch

egg

cup all purpose flour

cup light-brown sugar

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a stand mixer, combine: 1 cup cold butter (cut into cubes) with 1 cup brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add in two eggs (one at a time). The fold in your dry ingredients: 3 cups Flour, 1 teaspoon Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon Baking Soda, 1 teaspoon Salt. Once mixed add in your chocolate— a whopping 3 whole cups of it to be exact!! Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes. This recipe makes 8 MEGA cookies so make hickey-pick sized cookie dough balls. Bake at 415 for 10-12 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. If you don’t have a glass of milk with this cookie you are CRAZY!!View original recipe
