What you need

pita chips

fl oz olive oil

tsp salt

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

pepper

tbsp fresh garlic

lb carrot

oz chick peas
cup Coconut Yogurt
Instructions
Peel 1 lb of carrots. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, & onion powder. Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender. Let the roasted carrots cool completely. Once cool, add them to a food processor with 15 oz of chickpeas, ¼ cup of So Delicious Plain Coconut Yogurt Alternative, and 1 tbsp garlic. Blend until completely smooth.
