Gluten-free Monster Cookies

This recipe came from my aunt!! She is gluten free and always love to experiment and try new recipes!! I made this with her a few months ago and I had some extra Christmas m&ms so it only felt right to make it!!

What you need
vegan chocolate chips

tsp baking soda

cup rolled oats

brown egg

tsp vanilla extract

cup sugar

cup light-brown sugar

crunchy peanut butter

cup unsalted butter
Instructions
In a bowl, beat together 1/2 c unsalted butter, 1 1/2 CRUNCHY peanut butter, 3/4 c brown sugar, & 3/4 c granulated sugar. Once combined, add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 3 eggs (add the eggs one at a time). In a separate bowl combine 4 1/2 c old fashioned oats & 2 tsps baking soda. Fold the dry mixture in then add chocolate chips and m&ms. Use a large cookie scooper to portion out these MONSTROUS cookies. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.View original recipe
