What you need

slice white sandwich bread
splash fresh blueberries

tsp cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

cup almond milk

cup walnut

tbsp vanilla extract

splash maple syrup

Instructions
Whisk together 4 eggs, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, & 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Cube up 8 pieces of Hero white bread. Pour the wet mixture over the bread cubes & top with 1/2 cup blueberries & 1/4 cup walnuts. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Once done, slice & top with Greek yogurt, blueberries, & maple syrup.View original recipe
