Healthy French toast bake

This French toast bake is so easy & perfect for a healthy meal prep!! I used @hero bread that I got at my local giant eagle market district! It is new to market district and by the deli section :) this bread is a perfect low carb substitute for this

What you need

cup unsweetened almond milk
tbsp vanilla extract

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp nutmeg
white bread
cup blueberry

cup walnut pieces
plain greek yogurt

maple syrup
Instructions
For this bake, Whisk together 4 eggs, 1 c almond milk, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, & 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Cube up 8 pieces of Hero white bread. Pour the wet mixture over the bread cubes & top with 1/2 c blueberries & 1/4 c walnuts. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Once done, slice & top with Greek yogurt, blueberries, & maple syrup.View original recipe
