Mint Oreo Brownies

These mint oreo brownies are a spin on my classic fudgy oreo brownies.

What you need
Instructions
Add 2 1/2 c brown sugar + 1 1/4 c salted butter into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds & whisk together. Repeat this process for a total of three times. Once it is completely combined and ~glossssy~ slowly add in 4 eggs one at a time (patience is a virtue) then add 1 1/2 c cocoa powder + 2 tsp vanilla extract + 1/2 tsp salt. Gently fold it all together. Carefully add in 2/3 c AP flour. CRUSH up 15 Oreos & fold in about 10 of them. Pour into a lined 9x9 baking dish and top with the remaining 5 crushed Oreos.
