peach cobbler muffins ๐๐ง People are WILD making fall desserts while it is still 90 degrees outside lol. Letโs give PEACHES the appreciation they deserve ๐ซถ๐ผ I got all of my ingredients @gianteagle they are currently running a price lock promotion so I got my butter, milk, & sour cream at an unreal price ๐ In a bowl, mix together 1/2 c melted butter with 1 c granulated sugar. Then add in two eggs (one at a time). Then mix in 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/3 c sour cream, & 1/3 c milk. In a separate bowl, combine 2 c flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, & 1/4 tsp salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Toss 2 tbsp of flour with 2 c of fresh or thawed frozen peaches. Then fold into the batter. Put your muffins in a lined muffin tray. Now letโs make the best part: the streusel. Combine 2 tbsp melted butter with 1/3 c sugar & 1/3 c flour. Add onto the muffin batter. Bake at 375 for - mini muffins: 15-18 mins - standard muffins: 24-26 mins - large muffins: 32-35 mins QOTD- do you prefer summer or fall?
