tsp red food colour

cup bread flour

tsp active dry yeast

cup light-brown sugar

Instructions
To make the cinnamon rolls, combine 1 cup warm whole milk, 3 teaspoons active dry yeast, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon red food coloring. Once combined, add 3 3/4 cups bread flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Then knead for 8-10 minutes. Cover and let rise for 60-90 minutes. Roll out the dough and add 1/4 cup melted butter with 1 cup light brown sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Cut and then roll up the cinnamon rolls. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
