What you need

cup unsalted butter

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

cup all purpose flour

cup light-brown sugar

cup oreo
egg
tsp baking powder

cup chocolate chips

tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

tsp food color
Instructions
In a saucepan, brown the butter on low-medium for 5-10 minutes. Continually stir to avoid burning. Once brown, immediately transfer to a separate bowl and allow the butter to cool for 10 minutes. Beat the brown butter with brown sugar & granulated sugar. Allow it to fully mix. This will be around 2 minutes. Then add egg, vanilla extract, & red food coloring. Beat again. In a separate bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, & salt. Then mix into the wet mixture. Mix in semisweet chocolate chips & crushed Oreos. Allow the batter to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
