This recipe was completely fool proof & ready in 15 mins. Toast 1 c of coconut flakes at 400 for 5 mins. Add to a food processor with 1 c of pitted dates. Pulse for a minute until fully combined. Shape into little donuts using a straw in the middle. Combine 1/3 c chocolate chips and 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil (optional that’s why it says three ingredients so don’t come at me!!!). Dip the cookie into the chocolate & freeze to harden.View original recipe
