Smores Tahini Cookies

Nothing beats these tahini s’mores cookies! They are completely gluten-free and elevated with amazing vanilla tahini.

What you need

cup honey

tsp baking soda

cup mini marshmallows
cup salted butter
cup semi sweet chocolate chips

tsp kosher salt
egg

cup coconut flour
cup brown sugar
cup tahini

cup almond flour

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, honey, and tahini. Once combined, add in the egg and vanilla. Fold in the flour(s), baking soda, and salt. Then gently fold in the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Pull out and bang on the counter a few times to flatten. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Once done, if it is still really puffy, bang on the counter again. Let rest for 20 minutes before transferring.View original recipe
