Giant Oreo Christmas Cookies

What you need

sprinkles

cup white chocolate chips

cup oreo cookie

tsp salt

Arm & Hammer Fridge-N-Freezer Baking Soda

tsp baking soda

tsp cornstarch

Gold Medal All Purpose Flour with Resealable Bag

cup all purpose flour

egg

cup dark brown sugar

Challenge Butter, Unsalted, European Style

cup unsalted butter

Instructions

In a stand mixer, beat together 1 cup cold cubed unsalted butter with 1 cup brown sugar. Beat for 2-3 minutes before adding 2 eggs (1 at a time). In a separate bowl, combine 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon baking soda & 1 teaspoon salt. Then fold into the wet mixture. Then add 1 1/2 cup chopped CHRISTMAS oreo cookies, 1 cup white chocolate chips, and 1/3 cup festive sprinkles. Mix & then refrigerate for 30 mins. Roll into LARGE cookie dough balls (this recipe made 12 cookies for me) & bake at 415 for 10-12 minutes. Allow to rest for 30 minutes before digging in 🍪🥵
