White Chocolate Funfetti Banana Bread

A twist on a classic 🌪️ this funfetti banana bread is not only gorgeous (I mean sprinkles make everything better) but so yummy

What you need

cup unsalted butter

cup all purpose flour

cup light-brown sugar

sprinkles

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup white chocolate chips
egg

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a saucepan, brown 1/2 c unsalted butter over medium heat for 5-10 mins. Stir to avoid burning!! Allow the butter to cool for 10 mins, then mix with 1 c brown sugar. Add in 3 mashed overripe bananas & mix again. Then add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 egg & mix again. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 c all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, & 1/4 tsp salt. Gently fold in the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Fold in 1/2 c sprinkles & 2/3 c white chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Allow to sit & cool for at least one hour before slicing and enjoying!! (Yes you can slice earlier but it’ll be a mess so patience!!!)View original recipe
