Peanut Butter Bites Brownies

Peanut butter and chocolate is truly the most magical combination in the whole world! This recipe uses organic, fair-trade OCHO candy milk & dark chocolate peanut butter minis to elevate the brownies.

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp table salt

cup unsalted butter

cup all purpose flour

cup semisweet chocolate

tsp espresso powder

cup granulated sugar
egg

cup light-brown sugar

dark chocolate chips

peanut butter cups
Instructions
Brown 1 cup unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 mins. Add 1 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder to the brown butter. In a separate mixing bowl, beat together 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup packed light brown sugar, 1 cup granulated sugar & 4 large eggs. Once light and fluffy, fold in the butter mixture. Then fold in 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp of espresso grounds (optional but adds a depth of flavor), & 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fold in 1/2 c semisweet chocolate, chopped OCHO dark chocolate peanut butter minis, & chopped OCHO milk chocolate peanut butter minis. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
