Banana Bread Baked Oats

These banana bread baked oats are the perfect meal prep for the week!! I like to pair mine with some Greek yogurt & I’m ready to go for the day!

What you need

cup maple syrup

cup peanut butter

oz protein powder

tsp baking powder

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup old fashioned oats

tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a bowl, combine 2 mashed bananas, 2 cups of old fashioned oats, 2 scoops of protein powder (cinnamon flavor used), 1/4 cup of all natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional), and 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional). Mix all together and then add 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional). Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. Slice and enjoy.View original recipe
