A nostalgic treat featuring homemade edible cookie dough stuffed between split creme cookies, then frozen and dipped in melted chocolate.

What you need

tbsp granulated sugar

cup plain flour

pinch salt

cup brown sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup unsalted butter

tbsp milk

cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup room temperature unsalted butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Then add in 1.5 tablespoons of milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix again. In a separate bowl, microwave 1 cup flour to kill bacteria. Gently fold in the flour. Once combined, add in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into tablespoon-sized balls and press between one split creme cookie. Freeze for 30 minutes, then dip in melted chocolate.
