cup milk chocolate chips

Arm & Hammer Fridge-N-Freezer Baking Soda

tsp baking soda

Clabber Girl Gluten Free Non GMO Corn Starch

tsp cornstarch

all purpose flour

brown egg

cup light-brown sugar

Land O Lakes Butter Spread, Garlic & Herb

Instructions

In a stand mixer, combine: 1 cup cold butter (cut into cubes) with 1 cup brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add in two eggs (one at a time). The fold in your dry ingredients: 3 cups Flour, 1 teaspoon Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon Baking Soda, 1 teaspoon Salt. Once mixed add in 1/2 c milk chocolate chips, 1/2 c white chocolate chips, & 1 c crush Oreos. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes. This recipe makes 8 MEGA cookies so make hockey-puck sized cookie dough balls. Bake at 415 for 10-12 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
