1. Graham Cracker Crust:

2. Cheesecake:

   - In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

   - Pour the creamy mixture over the graham cracker crust.


3. Spiced Apple:

   - Peel and chop Granny Smith apples using a star chopper.

   - Toss apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.

   - Sprinkle the spiced apples evenly over the cheesecake layer.


4. Crumble:

   - In a bowl, combine melted butter, flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon.

   - Sprinkle the crumble over the spiced apple layer.
