What you need

tsp cinnamon roll

tbsp maple syrup

cup plain flour

cup granulated sugar

tbsp unsweetened almond milk

ripe banana

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mash 2-3 overripe bananas. 2. Add 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup, and 2 tbsp nut milk to the mashed bananas and mix well. 3. Add the Go Nanas cinnamon roll mix to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. 4. Pour the batter into a lined bread dish. 5. To make the cinnamon crumble, combine 1/2 c flour, 1/2 c granulated sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1.5 tbsp of melted coconut oil in a separate bowl. Mix until a crumbly texture forms. 6. Top the banana bread batter with the cinnamon crumble. 7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.View original recipe
