What you need

milk
caramel

powdered sugar

fat-free cream cheese

vanilla extract

all purpose flour

light-brown sugar

granulated sugar

egg

unsalted butter
Instructions
For the cookies: Mix together 3/4 c room temperature butter with 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c brown sugar. Then add 2 eggs & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Then fold in 2 c flour & 1 tsp baking soda. Cool at 375 for 10-12 minutes. For the cream cheese frosting: Beat together 8 oz of room temperature cream cheese with 1/2 c room temperature butter & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Then add 2 cups of powdered sugar (a little bit at a time). For the caramel: In a microwave safe bowl, melt 8 caramels with 2 tbsp of milk in the microwave at 30 second increments.
