Zucchini Bread Breakfast Cookies

What you need

cup old fashioned oats

cup honey

cup peanut butter

cup oat flour

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup zucchini
tsp ground cinnamon

protein powder

ripe banana
Instructions
In a bowl, combine: 2 mashed bananas, 1 c old fashioned oats, 1 c oat flour, 2 scoops of protein powder (I used cinnamon), 1/2 c grated zucchini, 1/4 c of all natural peanut butter (you want it to be runny), 1/4 c honey or any natural sweetener, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional). Mix together and add: 1/2 c chocolate chips (optional, but greatly advised). Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 mins at 350.
