cup skim milk greek yogurt

cup milk

Gold Medal All Purpose Flour with Resealable Bag

cup all purpose flour

McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon

tsp ground cinnamon

Signature Select Double Acting Baking Powder (8.1 oz)

tsp baking powder

Arm & Hammer Fridge-N-Freezer Baking Soda

Instructions

Muffins
In a bowl, mix together 1/2 c melted butter with 1 c granulated sugar. Then add in two eggs (one at a time). Then mix in 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/3 c Greek yogurt, & 1/3 c milk.

In a separate bowl, combine 2 c flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, & 1/4 tsp salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

Put your muffins in a lined muffin tray.

Streusel
Now let’s make the best part: the streusel. Combine 2 tbsp melted butter with 1/3 c sugar & 1/3 c flour. Add onto the muffin batter. Bake at 400 for
- mini muffins: 15-18 mins
- standard muffins: 24-26 mins
- large muffins: 32-35 mins

Glaze
Once done, make a simple glaze of 1/2 c powdered sugar & 2 tbsp of milk. Drizzle the glaze on top :)
