1.   Pre-heat the oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and preparing a baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring it's large enough to accommodate the Hawaiian rolls without crowding.

2. Slice the rolls - With a sharp knife, carefully slice two slits in the top of each Hawaiian roll, taking care not to slice all the way through. The slits should penetrate about two-thirds of the way into the roll, allowing for easy stuffing while keeping the roll intact.

3. Make the garlic butter - In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until it's completely liquefied. Once melted, add the minced garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning, and the dried oregano, thyme, and garlic powder. Stir the mixture well, allowing the flavors to meld together and infuse the butter with aromatic garlic and herbs.

4. Spread the butter - Using a spoon or a pastry brush, generously drizzle the garlic butter mixture into each slit of the Hawaiian rolls, ensuring that the butter seeps into the crevices and coats the inside of the rolls evenly.


5. Add the mozzarella - Next, stuff each slit with shredded mozzarella cheese, ensuring that the cheese is distributed evenly throughout the rolls. The cheese will melt during baking, creating a gooey, cheesy center that complements the buttery garlic flavor.

6. Add more butter - Pour more garlic butter mixture over the top of the rolls, ensuring that each roll is well-coated with the flavorful buttery goodness.

7. Add the parmesan - To add an extra layer of cheesy goodness and a crispy crust, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the rolls.


8. Bake - Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the rolls are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning, as oven temperatures may vary.


9. Cool slightly - Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. This will allow the cheese to set slightly, making it easier to pull apart the rolls.

10. Top it off - Just before serving, top the rolls with an additional drizzle of melted butter and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for an added burst of flavor.

11. Enjoy - Serve the Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Hawaiian Rolls while still warm, allowing your guests to enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness straight from the oven. These rolls are sure to be a hit at any gathering!
