Airfryer Honey Buns

Did anyone else eat the prepackaged honey buns growing up? Or was it just me & my unhealthy childhood eating habits 😂 Well, this recipe is seriously a huge step up from the packaged honey buns! I used @localhivehoney newest varietal, Cali Valley 🐝,

What you need
egg
tsp ground cinnamon

tsp dry yeast

cup unsalted butter
tbsp granulated sugar

cup all purpose flour

cup powdered sugar

cup honey

tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
Instructions
Activate the Yeast: Warm up 1/4 c whole milk and mix in 1 tbsp of granulated sugar until it dissolves. Then add 2 tsps of active dry yeast and mix again. Let the yeast mixture sit for 10 mins. Make the Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 c all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Then add 1 egg, 1/4 c whole milk, 1/3 c Local Live Honey, 1/4 c melted unsalted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Once fully combined knead by hand for 10 minutes. Then cover in a greased bowl and let rise for 2 hrs. Assemble the Buns: Roll out your dough into a thin rectangle. Then combine 2 tbsp melted butter with 1/4 c Local Live Honey and spread an even layer across the dough. Tightly roll up and cut into 8 pieces. Cover and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes. Airfry: Airfry the rolls at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Make the Glaze: Then combine 1 c powdered sugar, 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 tbsp Local Live Honey, 1 tsp vanilla, & 1 tsp whole milk.
