I’m fulllllly in Christmas baking mode!! Let me tell you, it was way harder than I thought it would be to find these Oreos!! I had to go to three stores to find them… did it pay off?! 🫢🫢

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

cup sprinkles

Baker's No-Stick Baking Spray with Flour

cup plain flour

Challenge Butter, Unsalted, European Style

cup unsalted butter

cup white chocolate chips

Arm & Hammer Fridge-N-Freezer Baking Soda

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup brown sugar

egg

Instructions

In a saucepan, brown 2/3 c unsalted butter at medium-low heat. Allow the brown butter to cook for 5-10 minutes before mixing with 1 c brown sugar. Then add 1 egg & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in 1 c flour, 1 tsp baking soda & 1/4 tsp salt. Then add 1 1/2 c crushed Oreos, 1/3 c sprinkles (optional), & 1/3 c white chocolate chips. Transfer to a lined 8x8 pan & bake at 350 for 24-28 minutes. Slice into 16 pieces & enjoy.
